Our Trainers

Jason Battiste
Fight Inspired Interval Training. A former Canadian Super Middleweight Kickboxing Champion, he brings more than 35 years’ experience in combat training and fitness to FIIT Co clients and members. Jason lives by the mantra “Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done.” His goal is to help clients build strong, resilient bodies and minds for success in and out of the gym. His expertise in fighter training combined with his fun and approachable style make him a sought after trainer by sport teams, parents and fitness enthusiasts looking to level up their skills, build confidence and kick ass.

Sarah Green
Sarah is a certified group fitness, kickboxing, TRX and yoga instructor with nearly 20 years experience. When not in the gym or on the mat, Sarah is an avid runner and coffee drinker.

Lisa Gervis
FIIT Co member turned coach, Lisa is a long-time fitness enthusiast with a special interest in longevity. She believes in the power of fitness to build mental strength and resilience.

Branson Khemraj
8 years of kickboxing and 21 Muay Thai fights have taught Branson one thing – the hardest fight is outside the ring. You don’t need to punch or kick someone to be a fighter. All it takes is grit, discipline and a fighter mentality. If you dare to take Branson’s high-energy class, expect a full-body burn, lots of laughs, and the kind of energy money can’t buy.

Our space
FIIT Co provides an intimate, boutique environment with a spacious, open layout designed to maximize your training experience. Here you’ll find traditional fight training equipment like heavybags, focus pads, ground and pound dummies and jump ropes alongside strength training equipment like barbells, free weights and kettlebells. Additionally, we also have functional training equipment like Concept2 rowers, Assault Airbikes, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, TRX trainers and more to support your overall fitness goals.
