Class Descriptions
FIIT Endure
An endurance-style fight inspired interval training workout. With a focus on stamina, speed, agility and flexibility, this class will make you faster and more agile and boost your stamina to fight through those later rounds. Fighters start strong and take over at the end.
FIIT Hybrid
Playfully known as Hybox, this hybrid race inspired class is designed to bring out your inner warrior. Boxing drills are combined with functional workout stations repeated over 4 rounds. Designed to build cardio, strength and endurance, FIIT Hybrid will prepare you for whatever life throws your way.
FIIT Lift
A traditional muscle building class, designed to increase your strength and build lean muscle mass. Using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, you’ll run through 9 stations targeting major muscle groups for a challenging full-body workout. Classes run in 4-week sessions to allow you to increase your weight and progress over time.
Boxing Pad Work
A curated workout where you and a partner take turns holding and striking pads to practice real boxing drills. With a focus on learning and refining proper boxing technique, fundamentals and skills, this unique class will make you sharper, stronger, faster and smarter.
Boxing Bag Work
Our boxing bag work class offers an intense, full-body workout that caters to individuals of all fitness levels. The class is designed to improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance through a series of high-intensity punching and footwork drills.
FIIT Caveman Circuit
Our original circuit-style class designed to test your mental and physical endurance. Each 5 minute round will have you pushing, pulling, running, jumping and lifting through 10 dynamic stations. In this class, nothing is out of bounds. Expect cardio, strength, plyometrics, functional movement and more.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Our Muay Thai kickboxing class combines powerful strikes using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees with intense cardio and strength training. Classes focus on technique, footwork, and combinations, using pads, bags, and partner drills. It’s a full-body workout that improves fitness, builds confidence, and teaches self-defense in a motivating environment.
